Locations

For protection of my location list, I do not release addresses of locations until after booking. This is to give you an idea at some of my most popular location options so you can get an idea of what you would like! All of these are located in Knoxville unless otherwise noted. Should you have a specific location in mind, feel free to send me a message and we can figure out how to make your location work for us!

Location 1

Location 1 is a staple for Knoxville and a favorite amongst clients. With a good deal of backdrops, textures, and location looks all packed into a fairly small area, it’s perfect for virtually any kind of session.

Here, nature and plants meet industrial and worn in the best of ways. There are stone walls scattered around the property, greenways with large trees perfect for fall leaves, and lovely flowers and foliage for a delicate touch. Parking is available right on site and for free, and the whole space is accessible within a short walking distance.

This location is also close enough to Downtown Knoxville that it’s easy to combine them for both a nature and city vibe for your session.*

*Combining locations only recommended for Packages 1 & 2 due to time constraints.

Location 2

Location 2 is an absolute favorite of mine. With excellent texture and grunge, this area is perfect for capturing interesting and unique photos. If you’re looking for something of an abandoned, graffitied, urban vibe for your photos, this is the perfect place!

If you choose this location, there is also a good deal of backdrops within a shorter walking distance. This is a favorite of mine for those who like the city vibe, but without the walking and busy-ness.

As for parking, I do recommend we park at a lot that is free while in this location so you can save on parking fees as well!

Location 3

Location 3 is made for nature lovers. Featuring the old train tracks, quarry wall, and a beautiful natural field, this is perfect for those who have a love of nature and want to show it.

This is also a great location because of the short walking distance. Free parking is readily available, and the whole grounds is very easy to walk and a short distance.

Location 4

This park is perfect for those unfamiliar with Knoxville, and a favorite amongst families. It’s easy to find and access, packs a good bit of backdrops into a short walking distance, and has some absolutely beautiful spaces to work in at all seasons.

It features some beautiful trees and nature spots, as well as a small creek that can provide some lovely scenes. A favorite of clients’ is also the walking bridge in the park.

The park also has public restrooms and sits right in the heart of Farragut. Parking is free and it is right in the middle of the scale when it comes to crowds.

Location 5

Location 5 is a classic. You’ve got the Tennessee Theatre sign, Gay Street, Market Square, Graffiti Alley… it’s perfect for an edgy city vibe for any kind of session! When shooting at Location 5, I like to play off of the urban elements. There is so much fun texture to play with that your photos from the city are bound to be unique and fun; just like you!

When shooting at Location 5, be prepared for a few shots of each pose/prompt. Due to crowds and cars, I like to be sure that I have a good shot to work with and that can take a few tries. I recommend a few parking garages in the city, and typically try to book sessions during times that they will be free to park.

With any of my city locations, there will be some walking involved. Feel free to bring a pair of walking shoes or let me know if you want to keep things to a shorter walking distance and I will do my best to accommodate!

Location 6

This park is a wonderful choice for the outdoor, nature-lover. It features a beautiful quarry wall, rolling fields of grass, and tree-lined paths. It’s perfectly adaptable for any kind of vibe that you might be going for, and is accommodating for large or small groups. Additionally, the sunsets here are to DIE for!

When shooting at Location 6, come prepared for some hills and light to moderate walking. This is not the park I would take grandma to if she struggles with off-roading! Additionally, because of its beauty, it can get crowded around golden hour, so parking might get a little tight later in the day so I always recommend getting there a few minutes early.

There are no bathrooms available at this location, however there are plenty of local amenities within a 5 minute drive of this Hardin Valley park.
