First.
I like to have my clients fill out a survey about themselves and how they found me. This way I can better know my audience and better reach new people. This survey only takes a few minutes, and is available at the link below!
Second.
Please take a moment to review the contract for your desired shoot type, and have it sent back to me!
Should you choose to print and mail it, please have it addressed to Leslie Arnold at 12501 Coral Reef Circle Knoxville, TN 37922. Should you choose to fill it out and sign it electronically, please send it to me via email (contactleslieclaire@gmail.com). There should be an option to download the document and save it to your own computer/device before editing. Should you need a print copy provided by me, please ask!
